Research
A research project building a clearer understanding of how alignment at the top shapes outcomes across organisations — grounded in a decade of work with executive and senior leadership teams.
What we're exploring
Across organisations there is often a gap between how leadership teams think they work together and how they work in practice. This gap rarely presents itself directly — it shows up in subtle, consequential ways. Over time, the impact compounds: performance slows, friction increases, and often good people choose to leave.
Take part
Five minutes
A short self-assessment across the six domains of alignment. You'll receive an immediate reflection on where your team is strong and where alignment may be breaking down.
45 minutes · confidential
A structured but conversational interview about how your leadership team operates in practice. No preparation, no right or wrong answers, and complete confidentiality — insights are used only to identify patterns across organisations.
As a thank you, you'll receive: a short Executive Alignment Reflection based on your conversation, and a copy of the wider insight report when the research is complete.

Once the research is complete, the findings will be published as a full report — defining the discipline of Executive Alignment Infrastructure and what the evidence reveals about alignment at the top.
